This single-component, fine-grained, cementitious paste is ideal for creating decorative floors and wall coverings with a spatula or cloud effect.

ULTRATOP LOFT, which consists of ULTRATOP F and ULTRATOP LOFT W, is a cement-based system for creating decorative floors and wall coverings with a spatula or clouded effect, characterised by a marked textured appearance, high abrasion resistance and limited thickness. Specifically, ULTRATOP LOFT F is a coarse-grained cementitious paste that can be applied with a trowel, unlike ULTRATOP LOFT W, which has a fine-grained aggregate and a consequently smoother texture. Both formulations are normally used in combination for the creation of wall coverings, according to project specifications.

The system is suitable for both new constructions and renovations of existing buildings. It can be used in all environments related to the decorative sector of civil construction.

Ultra-fast hardening self-levelling cementitious system for creating polished floors with a thickness between 10 and 40 mm

Ultra-fast hardening, cement-based self-levelling system, which can be sanded just 2 or 3 days after application to obtain perfectly flat, smooth and light-reflecting floors in civil and industrial buildings, provided they are subject to light traffic. The polishing treatment is carried out dry using special diamond tools. These coatings remain visible as finished floors and are also suitable for various uses in the decorative sector of civil construction and are ideal for their high application speed.

Epoxy system for creating highly decorative floors with a “Terrazzo alla Veneziana” effect. Thickness approx. 10 mm

This system is used to create polished flooring, such as ‘Venetian terrazzo’, by applying a 10 mm-thick layer of a mixture containing a two-component epoxy binder and a special blend of coloured, sized and types of aggregate, which gives the flooring a unique and customisable appearance.

Its main characteristics include high resistance to wear and abrasion, resulting in excellent durability.

Ultra-fast setting cementitious system for creating abrasion-resistant floors with a “Terrazzo alla Veneziana” effect. Thickness 15 to 40 mm

ULTRATOP SYSTEM ‘Venetian terrazzo effect’ is a system for creating polished flooring similar to ‘Venetian terrazzo’ by applying a layer between 15 and 20 mm thick of natural aggregates and ULTRATOP, an ultra-fast hardening self-levelling cementitious mortar.

The smoothing treatment is carried out dry using special diamond tools. It guarantees perfectly flat, smooth and light-reflecting surfaces. It resists abrasion without the need for additional thick coatings.

ULTRATOP SYSTEM coverings with a ‘Venetian terrazzo effect’ can be used as finished floors and are suitable for a variety of applications in decorative civil construction projects.

The combination of Ultratop colours and natural aggregates enables the creation of unique flooring.
