Surface Preparation and Application Process

The existing surface undergoes thorough preparation to ensure optimal adhesion for the new flooring system. Our installation process follows these critical steps:

1. Surface Preparation: The substrate is properly prepared and primed to create the ideal bonding surface
2. Base Coat Application: A first coat of two-component, fast-hardening epoxy resin is applied, immediately followed by quartz sand broadcasting while the resin remains wet
3. Finish Coat: A final layer of fast-curing polyaspartic resin is trowel-applied to achieve the desired surface texture and durability.

This systematic approach ensures superior adhesion, optimal performance, and long-lasting results.
