## Prima Polishing Fast System®

### Grinding of concrete floors

Grinding is a mechanical operation that uses grinding machines with progressively finer diamond abrasives to achieve a smooth, uniform surface free of unevenness.
This process eliminates imperfections, signs of wear, scratches and dust caused by carbonation, improving the flatness and safety of the floor, which is important in environments with forklift and lift truck traffic.
**Grinding prepares the surface for subsequent treatments**, opening up the porosity of the concrete and allowing for better adhesion of any primers or protective products.

### Treatment of contraction joints

Sealing of contraction joints by cleaning, inserting a polyurethane cord, and sealing with fast-setting elastic polyurethane material. This is followed by vacuuming up any residual dust, clearing away waste material, and final cleaning, before polishing the surface.
