FACO Cameri: Prima Pavimenti Realizza Pavimentazioni Industriali

Per conto di Gruppo ICM ci stiamo occupando della realizzazione delle pavimentazioni dello stabilimento FACO di Cameri, sede del Centro Regionale Europeo di manutenzione del velivolo F-35 (Heavy Airframe MRO&U Depot) di ulteriori 16 (sedici) baie manutentive, in accordo con quanto stabilito nel Progetto di Fattibilità Tecnica ed Economica ed il Progetto Definitivo redatto a gennaio 2020.

Massetti e pavimenti industriali. Siamo quasi al termine della posa in opera di calcestruzzo per la realizzazione di pavimento industriale fibrorinforzato interni per oltre 15.000 mq e una porzione di pavimento industriale esterno resistente alle alte temperature.

Rivestimenti in resina. Successivamente ci occuperemo della fornitura e posa in opera dei rivestimenti in resina a base di resine epossidiche bicomponenti in dispersione acquosa. La caratteristica peculiare del rivestimento è l’assenza di odore e parti volatili in genere sia durante l’esecuzione sia a rivestimento indurito nel tempo. Il rivestimento è dotato di eccellente traspirabilità e quindi può essere applicato anche su cls parzialmente stagionato garantendo ottime caratteristiche antipolvere, antiolio.

On behalf of the ICM Group we are dealing with the construction of the floors of the FACO plant in Cameri, home of the European Regional Maintenance Center for the F-35 aircraft (Heavy Airframe MRO&U Depot) of a further 16 (sixteen) maintenance bays, in accordance with what has been established in the Technical and Economic Feasibility Project and the Final Project drawn up in January 2020.

Industrial screeds and floors. We are almost at the end of the concrete installation for the creation of an internal fibre-reinforced industrial floor covering over 15,000 m2 and a portion of an external industrial floor resistant to high temperatures.

Resin coatings. Subsequently we will deal with the supply and installation of resin coatings based on two-component epoxy resins in water dispersion. The peculiar characteristic of the coating is the absence of odor and volatile parts in general both during execution and once the coating has hardened over time. The coating has excellent breathability and can therefore also be applied to partially cured concrete, guaranteeing excellent anti-dust and anti-oil characteristics..

Resin coatings are the most suitable to meet the needs of the aeronautical sector.
